My name is Edna Wang.

I have lived in two countries, two coasts and have studied two disciplines of design.

In my past life, I was an interior designer, working closely with some of the most influential companies to provide functional and beautiful workspaces that inspire innovation by connecting people and ideas. I feel lucky to have worked with these sophisticated clients who brought in their own team of experts along to help us dissect how they work as a company. As we adopted research methods that help us get to the heart of our clients, I realized these methods were borrowed from UX research and is what piqued my curiosity into the UX world.

As a UX designer, I continue to be curious about how technology supports creativity and how creativity pushes technology. This intersection is where innovation happens and I look forward to this discovery in all aspects of the user-centered experience.

When I’m not UXing, I am hanging out with my pet dog, Emmett and my pet sourdough starter, Mimo.
